Rachel Louise Stream

Rachel L. Stream (nee Daley), age 41, of Amery, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly at home on March 11, 2026.

Rachel was preceded in death by her husband, Howard M. Stream; daughter, Signe M. Stream; mother, Susan J. (nee Moses) Daley; father, Clint W. Daley; and her second mother, Mary E. Strom.

She is survived by her son, Clint J.R. Stream; sisters, Rebecca J. Daley and Crystal L. Daley; nephew, Victor A. Jarocki; and countless family members in Ohio and Wisconsin, both blood and chosen.

Rachel was the matriarch, rock, and backbone of her family and community. Outspoken, loving, and unapologetically herself, she possessed a unique and boastful personality that left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She never hesitated to help others, regardless of the time, place, or weather, always placing the needs and safety of family and friends above her own. Deeply devoted to her faith, Rachel found her second home at New Life Community Church, where she served by running the sound board, operating the camera, studying her Bible, and decorating for services—especially at Christmas, her favorite time of year. She made certain that residents from memory care could attend worship, personally escorting them through rain, snow, or sunshine. Rachel embraced new challenges with hard work, perseverance, and a genuine love of learning. Though she was not perfect, she strove each day to become a better person. Her greatest loves were God, her son, and her family. She leaves behind a legacy of selflessness, strength, and the quiet reminder that memories keep her spirit alive in all who knew her.
