Rachel Ann Niec-Hernandez

Rachel Ann Niec, born September 30, 1971, in Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on February 25, 2026, in El Paso, Texas, at the age of 54.

Rachel was a woman of strength, compassion, and unconditional love. She possessed a beautiful heart and a spirit that brought comfort to those around her. She loved deeply and gave endlessly to her family and friends. To her daughters she was not only their mother but also their guide, protector, and best friend. The lessons she taught, the love she showed, and the memories they shared remain with them always. She raised strong and kindhearted women.

Rachel had a rare warmth that made others feel seen, heard, and cared for. Her laughter and quiet strength touched everyone privileged to know her. She carried in her heart the memory of her beloved grandparents, Vivian Niec and Raymond Niec, her mother Sharon Beamer, her father John Wagner, her dear aunt Barbara Mayes, and eight unborn children she loved deeply.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Samantha Hernandez and Danielle Stucy (Hernandez), and her sons-in-law, Gracian Labarda and Thai Stucy. Rachel’s love, strength, and memory will continue to live on through them and all whose lives she touched.
