Priscilla Howell

We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2026, at the age of 82, Priscilla Howell of Springville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Horton A. Stockin and Leona M. Stockin (Hitchcock); her husband Donald Howell; her daughter Stephanie Renee Powell; and her sisters, Phyllis Spiegel and Patricia Spaulding.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Howe (Robert) of Jamestown, Duane Howell (Angela) of Indian Land, SC, Julie Smith (David) of West Valley, Jennifer Barber (Chad) of Harrisburg, PA, Matthew Howell (Alicia) of Cowlesville, Sarah Marshall (Michael) of Raleigh, NC and Nathan Howell (Andrea) of Perkiomenville, PA. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. S. Davis, Inc. Funeral Home (358 W Main St, Arcade, NY 14009). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Delevan Baptist Church (18 Church St, Delevan, NY 14042).
