Priscilla A. Geaney

Priscilla A. Geaney

Lynn, MA

Priscilla A. Geaney, 77 1948 - 2026 Lynn - Priscilla Ann Geaney, 77, of Lynn, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Born on June 23, 1948, she was the beloved daughter of the late Hippolyte and Bernadette (Dion) Saulnier, and the loving wife of Kevin Geaney. Sharing a marriage of over fifty-five years, Priscilla and Kevin created a family with their son, Kevin, and daughter, Shannon. Kevin and his wife, Christina, gifted Priscilla with three amazing grandchildren, Molly, Shelby and Liam. Priscilla was fabulously present each day of her grandchildren's lives, with a hug, a snack, an outfit, an opinion, or a solution to any problem. Kevin's younger sister, Shannon, will continue Priscilla's Diet Coke consumption habits in memoriam. Priscilla was a dynamo, a force of nature whose constant energy and motion were always focused on helping others. A consummate host, at the drop of a pashmina Priscilla could have a spread for fifty, complete with artisanal centerpieces she conjured out of stockpiled treasures and a seemingly endless supply of ribbon. No occasion went uncelebrated and too much of a good thing was never enough. Her love of celebration continued into her prodigious career as a Justice of the Peace, officiating weddings across Massachusetts. Known for her sincerity and ability to make every ceremony personal, she presided over twelve hundred ceremonies, sending each couple off with the hope that their marriage would be as joyful as her own. Priscilla will be dearly missed and is survived by her sister, Patricia, and her extended family. Priscilla was a Sister-in-law and Aunt to the Clan of Geaney…her love, humor and resourcefulness will be missed at every family function for generations. Along with her parents, Priscilla is pre-deceased by her brother, Paul. Service Information: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours from 2-6 PM on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Solimine Funeral Home, 426 Broadway (Rt. 129) Lynn.
