Pledger Browning of Madison, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.
Known affectionately as Uncle Pledge, he was a cherished member of his family and community. His warm presence and steady spirit touched the lives of all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed by those who loved him.
He leaves behind a family who will carry his memory forward with great affection, gathering at his home on Newman Drive and coming together to honor him at Springfield Baptist Church. A Celebration of Life service was held for Mr. Browning on Saturday, March 21, 2026, followed by interment at Thankful Baptist Church.
