She is survived by: her siblings, Calvin, Erodney, Tyrone, Brenda and Sylvester; her children, Cornella, Carl, James, Mariah, Tennyson and Imani; her grandchildren, Darrell III, Davontae, Damarion, Daiquan, S'Nya, Nala, Camaron, Cameron, Trevell and Kashmere; and her great grandchild Kai'Lani.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carter Funeral Home (127 W Bridge St, Elyria, OH 44035). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
