Galvin, 82 of North Royalton, Ohio passed away Monday, March 16, 2026 at St. Augustine Health Ministries Hospice in Parma.She was born March 7, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Alveral and Eleanor (Rahauser) Kinney. Phyllis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved her family and pets.Phyllis is survived by her children, Julie Wills, Michael Galvin, Marge (Bob) Hammond, Kathy Galvin, Sean Galvin, and Pat (Lori) Galvin; sisters, Diane (Jim) Sargent and Debbie Sargent; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Galvin and brother, David Kinney.Visitation will be Thursday, March 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Parker Funeral Home, 210 Medina St., Lodi, Ohio.
