She was the daughter of Lauren and Leah (DeGroff) Murray, born July 3, 1934, in Schenectady, NY. She attended Schenectady Public Schools and received her BS in Education from Plattsburgh State in 1956.Phyllis was predeceased by her husband Robert W. Killeen Sr. (2008). She is survived by their children Robert Jr. (Gale), Elizabeth Currie (David), and Rebecca Brown (Joseph), grandchildren and great grandchildren, her sister Marilyn Somerville, and a cousin Adel Fredenburg.Those who knew her know how much she enjoyed teaching, laughing, reading and cooking for those she loved.
