Phyllis Boggs ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Miller Funeral Home - Ashland on Mar. 5, 2026.Phyllis Boggs, of Ashland, Kentucky passed away peacefully Monday morning, March 2, 2026 in Boyd Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Phyllis was born in Ashland to the late Howard and Ruth Thomas Reliford. Phyllis was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church and retired from 1st Huntington National Bank. She was also a member of the Eastern Star Mistle Toe Chapter #144. Phyllis was of a woman of good character who was always dressed for the best. She presented herself as a true classy lady. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Ronald G.C. Boggs; and her god-parents, Juanita Miranda and her husband Harry. Those left to cherish her memory include many nieces and nephews and her caregivers. Funeral services for Phyllis will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, March 9, 2026 at Miller Funeral Home with Pastor V. Rev. D. Andrew Canon Garner, KHS officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon until the service time of 1:00 PM. Burial will follow services in Ashland Cemetery.
