Ms. Sweat has been cremated and will be interred at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Phyllis is preceded by her parents, Phil and Dorothy Smith and brother, Phillip Smith. She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Theriault (Richard), Woodstock, GA, granddaughter, Haley Theriault, brother, Tim Smith (Connie) Hoschton, GA, nephew, Matthew Smith (Yani Lee) Buford, GA, and great niece, Eliza Smith. Phyllis was born in Toccoa, GA and graduated from Tucker High School in 1965. She was a lifelong resident of the Atlanta area and was a retired property manager.
