Duffy Funeral Home on Mar. 17, 2026.With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our dear brother, Phoukhiao Rattanasing of Woonsocket, RI on March 11, 2026 at the age of 53. His passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of his family and all those who knew and loved him.Born in Khong, Laos on April 20, 1972, Phoukhiao grew up surrounded by a large and loving family. He was known for his caring heart, his loyalty to those closest to him, and the way he always looked out for others. He brought laughter, warmth, and comfort to those around him and will be remembered for his kindness and generous spirit.He is survived by his loving father, Khamdeng Rattanasing and his siblings, Nimah Rattanasing, Khamphouvong Rattanasing, Kip Colon, and Phith Rattanasing, as well as his cherished nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Sengchanh Rattanasing. Also survived by his uncle Khamsiene Xayachack, aunts: Kimberly Wutch, Thongdam Sidavong. He's also fondly remembered by his cousins, Sunny Xayachack, Katie Xayachack, Mimi Xayapanya, Jason Xayachack who shared a sibling-like bond with him growing up. In addition to cousins: Van Sidavong, Khay Phichit, Lex Sidavong, Douang Sidavong, Phay Sidavong, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members who cherished him deeply.Funeral service will be held at 8:00 AM on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at JJ Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Rt.122, Cumberland, RI 02864.
