Silmser Jr., age 56, passed away on February 28th, 2026, in North Whales, PA. Burial will be in the spring at Calvary Cemetery, Massena, NY.Phillip was born in Utica, NY, the son of Phillip M. and Geraldine F. (Frisbie) Silmser. He graduated from Upper Dublin High School in Fort Washington, PA, class of 1988, and attended Temple University. He was employed most recently at Wegmans as an Associate.He is survived by his father, Phillip Sr. of Massena, NY, and companion, Maggie Rogers of Shelburne VT, a brother John D. Silmser of San Francisco, CA; and Pamela and Brian Andrews of Lake Ariel, PA, and nieces Stephanie and Natalie and nephew Anthony Andrews who live in Pennsylvania.Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamb Foundation Home, 114 N.
