Philip James Joseph Paulette Jr.

Philip James Joseph Paulette, Jr., 82, of Steubenville, Ohio, peacefully entered into his eternal reward on March 11, 2026. Born on January 11, 1944, to the late Philip and Minnie (DeLoretta) Paulette, he graduated from Mingo High School in 1961, where he played football. He went on to serve his country honorably in the United States Army for four years as a specialist with the 8th Division in Germany. Philip later retired as storeroom supervisor at the Ohio Power Company.

He was a man of deep Catholic faith, devoted to his family, and remembered for his joyful demeanor, kind heart, and wonderful sense of humor. In his free time, he took great pleasure in raising Great Danes and carefully tending to his bonsai garden. Philip is survived by his ex-wife and constant friend, Bonnie (Williamson) Paulette, his son Justin Philip Augustine Paulette, his sister Kathy Paulette, and several nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his sister Carol Frey.
