Peter Thomas Kervina

Peter Thomas Kervina, 84, of Superior, Wisconsin, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Dove Health Care in Superior.

Born on October 11, 1941, in Oliver, Wisconsin, to Florence (Filiatrault) and Frank Kervina, Peter graduated from Central High School in 1959. He served in the United States Army and later in the United States Navy from 1960 to 1965. He worked for many years as a machinist with Dynamatic Technologies in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and was a longtime member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. After retiring, he returned to Superior.

Peter found joy in hunting, fishing, bowling, gardening, and caring for his cat, Kris. He treasured time spent with friends at the golf course, his neighbors Larry and Marie, and his brother Tim. He spoke daily with his cousin Clarence, collected funny cartoons, painted rocks, and made a morning habit of walking to Kwik Trip for donuts.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Betty Kervina, and his brothers, Victor Kervina and Frederick (Fritzy) Kervina. Peter is survived by his sisters, Rose Kunesh and Lottie Trudell, his brother, Timothy Kervina, and many nieces and nephews.
