Peter Francis Riesterer

Peter F. Riesterer, 99, of Park Ridge, passed away peacefully. He was the beloved husband of the late Lois M. Riesterer, née Knudsen.

He was a loving father to Kenneth (Qinghua) Riesterer, Charles (Nancy) Riesterer, Joanne (Tim) Zito, and John (Editha) Riesterer. He was a cherished grandfather to Kelsey (Andrew), Cody (Kristin), Jeffrey, Jessica, Anthony, Nicholas, Peter (Megan), and Anne (Jack), and a devoted great-grandfather to Kiara, Jazmine, Olivia, Brennan, Noah, Liam, and Bennett.

Peter lived a long and full life, surrounded by the love of his large and close-knit family. His quiet strength, gentle spirit, and deep devotion to those he loved will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
