He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Bartolazzi and Marge Bartolazzi (Cisman); his wife Mary Dee; his son Kevin; his brothers, Don and Dave; and his parents-in-law, William and Irma.

He is survived by: his children, Keith Bartolazzi (Debbie), Peter Bartolazzi (Geralyn), Tom Bartolazzi (Camie), Angie Boudreau (Mike) and Theresa Bellile; and his grandchildren, Megan Boudreau, Conner, Claire Bellile, Jordyn, Joe Bartolazzi, Liz, David Bartolazzi, Michael, CJ, Shelly, Nick, Hope Bartolazzi, Christei, Peter and Amanda Bartolazzi.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the O'Connell Funeral Home (1776 E Main St, Little Chute, WI 54140). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
