Seymour, age 77, of Hudson, passed away, March 5, 2026 at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital. She was born May 28, 1948 in Adrian to Robert L. and Hazel (Kaleiohi) Baughey. On November 1, 1973 she married Bill Seymour in Adrian and he preceded her in death April 6, 1997. Penny was employed by Metalloy Corporation for 16 years. She graduated from Jackson College with an Associate Degree in 2005. She worked as a clerical assistant and data entry clerk. In her later years, she loved fishing, gardening and playing bingo. Penny is survived by two sons, Jason D. (Ginger) Seymour of Adrian and Jacob L. Seymour of Hudson; a step-son, Bill (Becky) Seymour Jr. of Adrian; two step-daughters; Kathy (Tom) Edinger of Florida and Brenda (Mark) Luma of Hudson; two brothers, Norman E. (Bonnie) Kaleiohi of Hawaii, and Samuel Baughey of Tecumseh; two sisters, Annabelle (Tim) Voorhees of Adrian and Rebecca Bacon of Pittsford; two grandsons, Christopher and Austin Seymour; and six step grandchildren. In addition to her husband Bill, she was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Roselani Moten; sister in law, Beverly Baughey; and grandson Noah Moten. Per Penny's wishes, she will be laid to rest beside her husband in Leonardson Cemetery, Pittsford, MI.
