She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Guy Smith and Mildred Hogg Smith; her husband William "Bill" W. Crittenden Jr.; and her daughter Ann Crittenden. She is survived by: her sons, Billy Crittenden (Lori) and Guy Crittenden (Melanie); her daughter-in-law Sherrie Goggans; her grandchildren, Sarah Crittenden Mitchell (Gregg), Lindsay Crittenden Leonard (Charlie), Hannah Crittenden, Alexis Crittenden and Melanie G. Crittenden; and her great grandchildren, Lilly Crittenden, Cooper Crittenden, Kai Leonard and Jackson Leonard.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Singleton United Methodist Church Cemetery (5869 Ware Neck Rd, Gloucester, VA 23061).
