Peggy Poole passed away peacefully after a long battle with diabetes and kidney disease. Born and raised in East Hanover, New Jersey, she will be remembered as a caring soul who greeted life with a ready smile and a genuine desire to help others. Always quick with a laugh and eager for adventure, Peggy had a gift for brightening moments and creating memories that still bring smiles to those who knew her.
She was a devoted wife to Mark Poole for 45 wonderful years. Together they raised two daughters, Amanda Poole and Amie Poole Beebe, and took great joy in their two grandchildren, Addyson and Brady, whom she adored.
Peggy was predeceased by her parents, Alfred and Nancy Davenport. She is survived by her husband Mark Poole of Mt. Ephraim, New Jersey; her daughters Amanda Poole and Amie Poole Beebe (David Beebe); her granddaughter Addyson Beebe and grandson Brady Beebe, all of Mt. Ephraim; her brother Alfred Davenport (Marylyn) and their family; her brother David Davenport (Christine) and their family; and her sister Ruth Davenport Harris (William) and their family. She will be deeply missed by many other relatives, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who cherished her warm and generous spirit.
