Peggy L. Jefferies-Measley

Peggy (Rill) Measley, age 53, of New Park, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at home on March 13, 2026, surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Brian Measley; her daughter, Samantha Rill; her sons, Jeremy Jefferies, Colt Measley, and West Measley; and her stepdaughter, Jackie Bisker. Peggy is also survived by her mother, Sharron Rill; her father- and mother-in-law, Alvin and Joyce Measley; her brothers, Dan Rill and Del Rill; her sisters, Holly Hare, Molly Fortenbaugh, Margaret Hobbs, Maria Warne, and Elena Nurse; her sister-in-law, Bonnie Collins; and her grandchildren, Lilly Bauer, Kaylee Bauer, Felicity Measley, Willow Bisker, Devina Bisker, and Elliana Bisker. She was preceded in death by her father, Delmos S. Rill.

Raised in Lineboro, Maryland, Peggy attended Hereford High School. She was known for her remarkable strength, selflessness, and compassion. Throughout her life, she dedicated herself to caring for others, offering unwavering support to everyone around her. She opened her heart and home to many, treating numerous children as her own and serving as a maternal figure to all who needed her.
