Peggy L. "Clark" Hill

June 22, 1943 March 12, 2026

Clymer, PA

Peggy L. Hill, 82, of Clymer, passed peacefully on March 12, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. A devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, caregiver, and friend, Peggy lived a life defined by compassion, generosity, and an unwavering dedication to caring for others.

For 46 years, Peggy served as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. She began her career in Labor and Delivery, where she found deep fulfillment in helping bring new life into the world. She cared for countless patients and supported medical teams with her calm presence, skill, and compassionate heart. She often said there was nothing better than babies and puppies.

Her greatest joy, however, was her family. Peggy cherished her role as a proud and loving grandmother, caring for her grandchildren daily while their parents worked. Her home was a place of warmth, comfort, laughter, and unconditional love. She had an enormous love for animals, especially dogs, and ensured that no person or animal in her presence would ever go hungry. Her nurturing spirit touched everyone around her.

In her final days, Peggy’s wish was fulfilled when she returned to the farm where she grew up, a place filled with cherished memories. There, surrounded by her family, she found peace. She now rests reunited with her parents, Margaret and her father, and her firstborn son, Dean Jr., whom she carried in her heart always.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 62 years, Dean A. Hill; her children, Wilbert Hill and wife Kelli, Jason Hill and partner Lynne, and Janell Mason and husband Dave; her six grandchildren, Trenton Mason and partner Payton, Austin Hill, Ashley Mason, Max Hill, Travis Mason, and Aubree Hill; two step-grandchildren, Tom Shea and Anna Scatena; her sister, Anita Stem; and two nephews, Joe and Richard Stem.
