Berger, 83, of West Linn, Oregon passed away on March 3, 2026, from complications of Alzheimer's.Peggy was born in Jamaica, West Indies in 1942 to Clinton Clarence Hugh Anderson and Eva Brown. She attended primary and secondary school in Jamaica, and college at the College of St. Theresa in Winona, Minnesota where she earned a BS in Nursing. She worked as an RN at St Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota; Stanford University Hospital, Palo Alto, California; El Camino Hospital, Mountain View, California; and retired from Providence Hospital, Portland, Oregon after 30 years of service.Peggy was preceded in death by her brother Michael Anderson, and her sister June Nam. She is survived by her husband Michael, her son Matthew, her daughter Maura, her grandchildren Madison and Camila, her sister Sonia, and her brother Delroy.Peggy's vocation was nursing. Her avocations were cooking and tennis. She excelled at all three.
