She grew up in Plymouth and attended Plymouth schools. Peggy worked for several years at PartyLite in Plymouth.Peggy was a private person who tended to keep to herself, but she deeply loved her family and friends and was devoted to them. She also had a special love for cats and cared for many throughout the years.Peggy was predeceased by her parents. She was the beloved mother of Christopher J. Santos of Plymouth, Shawn M. Santos and his wife Vikki of Greenville, South Carolina, and Robert Santos and his wife Bianca of Naples, Maine. She was the loving grandmother of Scott Santos of Middleborough, Justin Santos of Plymouth, and Braelyn and Brystal Santos of Naples, Maine. Peggy was the sister of Robert Monti and his wife Carol of Pembroke, Lorraine Megna of Plymouth, and Ed Vickery of Clearwater, Florida.A period of visitation will take place on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home, 373 Court Street, Plymouth. A memorial service will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mount Wollaston Cemetery, 20 Sea Street, Quincy.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
