She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ashley and Clora Beatrice Lutrick (Sanderson); her husband A. L. Stone, Jr.; and her siblings, Sidney Lutrick, Travis Lutrick and Ruth Lutrick Auge.

She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Shipman (Roddy) of Guthrie, TX, Don Stone (DiAnn) of Abernathy, TX, Susan McDorman (Jeff) of Wimberly, TX and Trey Stone (Rebecca Sutorius Hassel) of Katy, TX.; her grandchildren, Steven, Michelle Stone, Joli, Nick Martin, Dustin, Stefanie Stone, Shaley, Drew Assinesi, Krissy Shipman (Bradley Burkett), Gaston, Summer McDorman, Whitney McDorman, Brock, Storie McDorman and Avery Stone; her great grandchildren, Case, Carly, Cole, Christian, Gabby, Manual, Hannah, Darial Stone, Rylee White, Maddox, Nash, Grant Martin, Archie Assinesi, Olivia, Rhyan and Zushi McDorman; and her sister-in-law Billie Grimsley of Abernathy.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Abell Funeral Home & Flower Shop, Inc. (411 16th St, Abernathy, TX 79311). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Abernathy United Church (704 Ave D, Abernathy, TX 79311).
