She was the youngest child of Ida Mae Dawes and William Harvey Dawes.Paula is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Bobby Dawes.She leaves behind her loving husband of 43 years, Robert Uekman; her son Jayson Uekman (Mandy); her daughter, Lauren Bizzell (Richard); her five granddaughters, Ali Bizzell, Olivia Uekman, Karsyn Uekman, Fallon Bizzell, and Landrie Bizzell; and one great-grandchild, Ameliayah Smith; her sister, Alica Bradford; her brother, Jimmy Dawes; her dog, Gabby; a large extended family and many friends.Paula was a devoted mother to her children, but her granddaughters were the joy of her life. She loved chickens, collecting rocks, and spoiling the children in her neighborhood. She enjoyed antiquing, collecting McCoy pottery, and supporting small businesses.
