Paul was born in South Kingstown, R. I., on January 1, 1944. He was predeceased by his parents, Lorenza (Gagnon) and Joseph Lagasse, his first wife, Diana Bouchard in 1969 and second wife, Louise Baron in 2008, his brother, Jeremiah (Jerry) Gagnon and sister, Shirley Gagnon.Paul served in the Navy during the Vietnam War for 4 years and the National Guards for 26 years; he was an active member at the VFW and American Legion in Fort Kent.Paul is survived by his by his niece and God-Daughter Sherry Lee (Bouchard) Meyer, nieces, Tammy Bouchard, of Heron, Maine, Nathalie (Mark) Powell of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Angela (Antonio) Rueda of Seville, Spain, Katherine (Steve) Stanton of Houston, Texas, and nephew, Erich Lagasse of Houston, Texas.There will be no visitations. Funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 10:00am, in Ft.
