July 26, 1950— March 8, 2026
Manchester, NH
Paul Eugene Gosselin, Jr., 75, of Manchester, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2025, after a period of declining health, surrounded by his wife and children.
Born on July 26, 1950, in Newport, Vermont, Paul grew up with strong values that shaped the life he built. Through hard work and dedication, as proven when he became an Eagle Scout, he created a home filled with laughter, music, sarcasm, life lessons, and lasting memories.
More than anything, Paul cherished his family. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 55 years, Monique, their three children Michelle Mackey and her husband Toby, Danielle Nightingale and her husband Jonathan, and Paul E. Gosselin, III and his wife Allisha, nine grandchildren Samantha, Ryan, Nolan, Parker, Harper, Kaiden, Sydney, Reese and Peyton, his grand-dogs Mya and Paisley, and all his extended family.
Paul served in the United States Navy for 22 years, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer 3. He and his family lived in many places around the world during his service. He later worked for Codem Systems/DRS, a defense contractor, for more than 25 years, retiring from there as well. While working, he earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Rivier University. An avid reader who never left home without his Kindle, Paul also loved New England sports, PGA golf, and singing with the Nashua Symphony Choral Society for many years. In retirement, he and Monique continued to travel, spent many days on Florida beaches, and enjoyed playing golf.
