Pattie J. Miracle
May 2, 1942— March 5, 2026
Pattie J. Miracle, affectionately known as Grandma Bee, passed away on March 5, 2026, and was embraced by her Lord as she reunited with her six siblings. She found joy in reading books, playing cards, Scrabble, and dice, as well as fishing. She loved attending the theatre, sitting on porch swings, riding the tilt-a-whirl and merry-go-round, and rocking her cats. Her favorite flowers were yellow roses, her favorite hymn was Amazing Grace, and one of her final wishes was to see the ocean again.
Pat cherished simple pleasures such as pizza, ribs, baked potatoes with extra butter, a good steak, and lemon meringue pie. She was known for her delicious apple pie, shepherd’s pie, peanut butter fudge, and blackberry jam. Those who knew her admired her sharp intellect, her punctuality, and her candid spirit in later years. Above all, she was beautiful in the way she thought, in the sparkle of her eyes when she spoke of those she loved, and in the depth of her soul.
She is survived by her son Michael (Jody), her daughter Kathryn (Carl), her granddaughters July (Adam) and Codie, her grandsons Michael and Cohl, and three great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her companion David, dear friend Linda, and many other friends and family members.
Her children Mike and Kathy wish to thank the Franciscan Hospice team for their compassionate care and will honor her final wish by carrying her ashes to the ocean.
