Patsy Franklin Caddenhead

Patsy Franklin Caddenhead, age 78, of Crockett, passed away on March 10, 2026 at her home. Born on July 7, 1947 in Cleveland, Texas to Ernest Franklin and Gertrude Carson Franklin, she was a charter member of the Good Shepherd Fellowship. Above all, Patsy was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved her family with her whole heart.

She is survived by her daughter, Angela Sanders and husband Vernon of Sherman; sons Gary Caddenhead and wife Pennie of Crockett, Jerry Caddenhead and wife Samantha of Bryan, and James Caddenhead and wife Valerie of Kennard; eleven grandchildren, Matthew Allison, Shandi Stephens, Caitlin Cook, Justin Sanders, Amber Allen, Brandi Caddenhead, Cory Caddenhead, Rae Lee Caddenhead, Caleb Caddenhead, Ashley Crocker, and Emily Caddenhead; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, John “Bits” Caddenhead, and her grandson, Jacob Sanders.
