Patricia Ann Williams, aka "Tricia and Granny Pat", 68, of South Haven, Mich., passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends on Sunday, March 8, 2026.She was born on Oct. 9, 1957, in Fort Worth, Texas, to the late Obide and Fannie Ruth Williams.Patricia was a dedicated and hard-working woman who spent many years working in various cooking positions throughout the South Haven community. She was known for her warm spirit, strong work ethic and the comfort she brought to others through her cooking and compassion.Patricia had a special place in her heart for helping people, especially seniors and she often assisted them with their daily needs, offering kindness, companionship and support.She was preceded in death by her parents: Obide and Fannie Ruth Williams, brother, Obide Williams, Jr., and sister, Lillie Ruth Simpson.Patricia leaves to cherish her loving memories: son, Quan (Torri) Williams, and daughter, Qualette (LaRue) Hicks, Jr. She is survived by her siblings: Walter (Christine) Simpson, and Mary (Alfred) Goodwin. Patricia held a special bond with her aunt, Gertrude Murphy and was the proud grandmother of five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She also leaves a special friend, Tyrone Madry, best friend, Debbie Allison, goddaughter, Falisha Ford, extended daughter, Andrea Hooker, extended big brother, Michael Batton, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends to cherish her fond memories.A wake will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Solomon's Temple, 4805 Blue Star Hwy, South Haven, with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. Pastor Ahmmad Goodwin will be officiating.
