"Patti" Paden, 82, of Titusville, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at her residence following a brief illness.Patti was born in Titusville on April 18, 1943, to the late R.N. and Marian Bloom Rauschenberg. She married Cyril "Cid" Paden on May 23, 1964, at the Titusville Lutheran Church.She was a graduate of Titusville High School, Class of 1961.Patti had a real gift for flowers and decorating and spent years working as a nurse's aide, caring for people.She was a longtime member of Titusville First Presbyterian Church, where she served as both Deacon and Elder, always ready to participate in church activities.Patti loved being part of her community. She loved antiques and running estate sales-and she made so many good friends through it all.She enjoyed traveling, stayed proud of her Swedish roots, and cherished her family and friends. Above all, Patti treated everyone she met with real compassion and kindness, and it's how she'll be remembered.She is survived by her husband Cid of Titusville; her two children, Mark Paden and wife Julie of Gibsonia, Ann Waychoff and her husband Gus of Pleasantville; her grandson, Sean Paden of Raleigh, NC; two step-grandchildren, Kara Waychoff of Columbus, OH, and Tom Waychoff and wife Andreana of Columbus, OH; her sister, Judy Brothis of Titusville; her "Italian sister", Luisa Lancellotti of Ancona, Italy; her brothers-in-law, Albert Paden and his companion Becki Graham of Grand Valley, Robert Paden and his wife Lois of Warren, and Larry Paden of Grand Valley; and numerous nieces and nephews.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 1 p.m. at Titusville First Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Dr. Vaughan Smith and Rev. Norma Prina Murphy officiating. A luncheon will follow the service.Memorial contributions can be made to the Titusville First Presbyterian Church 216 N.
