With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Phillips of Willis Wharf, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest J. Parker and Juanita Shelton Parker; her sister Ernestine Parker Cherrix; and her nephew Gerald A Goga. She is survived by: her husband Daniel G. Phillips; her children, John Labon Phillips of Willis Wharf and Dawn P. Parks (Richie) of Exmore, VA; her grandsons, Brandon J. Parks (Chassity) of Melfa, VA and Lane A. Parks of Melfa, VA; her great grandchildren, Presley of Melfa and Riley Parks of Melfa; her sister June Parker Collins (Bill) of Melfa; and her sibling's children, Pam Goga Clayton (Todd) of Onancock, VA, Christina Thierfelt (Doug) of Hallwood, VA, Merilyn Ward, William Daniel Maddox of Hallwood and Frederick Ward (F. T.). She is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Doughty Funeral Home (3117 Main St, Exmore, VA 23350). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at the Belle Haven Cemetery.
