(Chapin) July 28, 1947 to March 10, 2026 was born to Marshall and Dorothy (Larson) Chapin on July 28th, 1947 in Madison, WI. Pat grew up in Minneapolis graduating from Southwest High School in 1965. She then went on to earn her License Practical Nurse Certificate. In 1970 Pat was married to Richard T. Steele. Durin Richard's Navy career Pat was a member of The Navy Wives of America as they were stationed in San Francisco, Idaho, Bremerton WA, Waukegan IL, and Norfolk VA. They had one child, Richard M. Steele (Rick). She passed away peacefully on March 10, 2026. She is survived by sister Marsha, brother Mark, sisters-in-law Barbara and Kathie. Visitation will be held at Christ the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 5440 Penn Ave. So. Minneapolis, MN on Monday March 23, 2026 at 9:30 am The funeral service will follow at 10:30 am. A burial service will be held at Fort Snelling at 1:30 pm.
