Patricia Kitzmiller Guinn

1950 — 2026

Gray, TN

Mrs. Patricia Kitzmiller Guinn, age 76, of Gray, passed away at her residence, surrounded by her family.

Born in Kingsport, Tennessee, to the late Herman and Mildred Cox Kitzmiller, Pat lived a life marked by devotion to her family and quiet strength. She worked in data entry at Eastman, later owned her own cleaning business to allow more time to raise her children, and contributed her time and talents to Southern Treasures and the Appalachian Fair, where she volunteered for more than 35 years and served on the board of directors.

Pat was fiercely and wholly devoted to her family, the very epitome of motherhood. She created a home that became, and remains, the gathering place for all, filled with comfort, acceptance, and home-cooked meals. She poured her love and her deep faith in Jesus into everyone she met, leaving a ripple that will continue to touch generations.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, David I. Guinn; her children, Aaron Guinn and wife Tonya, and Emily Guinn Abram and husband Stephen; grandchildren Liam Guinn, Henry Guinn, Emma Abram, and Jacob Abram; her brother, Dail Kitzmiller and wife Kim; her cousin and lifelong friend Donna Walker; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
