She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolores Stark and James Stark Jr.; her siblings, Terrie Bird, Thomas Stark Sr. and Carolyn Stark; and her nephews, Thomas Stark Jr. and Roger Bird.

She is survived by: her husband Chris Vulgaris; her children, Jennifer Boutell-Woods, Richard Boutell (Nikki), Christa Boutell, Calla Vulgaris (Tom Russell) and Leah VanderBerg (Nicholas); her siblings, Sondra Brown (Don), James Stark III (Sue), David Stark (Katie), Marilyn Rymal (Ron) and Lori Robinson (Joseph); and her sister-in-law Gwen Stark. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services (6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services (6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444).
