Patricia Horgan, 89, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Isabella County Medical Care Facility, with her friends by her side.
Patricia lived a long and full life, remembered fondly by those who knew her for her gentle spirit and the quiet strength she showed throughout the years. She remained grateful for the dedicated care provided by the staff at Green Acres, Isabella County Medical Care Facility, and Heartland Hospice during her final chapter.
She leaves behind friends who cherished her company and held her in high regard. A memorial service will be held this summer to celebrate her life.
