Patricia Free

Patricia Floyd Free, age 99, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026. A beloved daughter of the late James F. and Lora (née Irvin) Floyd, she was also the devoted wife of the late Spencer “Mike” Free.

Patricia is survived by her children, Jeanne Lynam (Charles), S. Michael Free III (Janet Rambo), David Free, and D. Kevin Free (Claire); her grandchildren, Megan (Mark), Chas (Patricia), Chelsea, D. Hunter (Brittany), Chris (Sara), Danielle (Jordan), and Derek (Mary); and her great-grandchildren, Jack, Leah, Senna, Elle, Evan, Asher, Ryan, Madelyn, Brayden, Emma, Nora, Katherine, Abigail, and Emily.

A longtime and active member of Wayne Presbyterian Church, Patricia served faithfully as a Steward and shared her beautiful voice in the choir. Her generous spirit reached far beyond the church; she was an avid bridge player who cherished the camaraderie of the game, and she gave many hours as a Red Cross volunteer and in the library at Paoli Memorial Hospital, quietly helping those in need. Her life was marked by kindness, service, and deep devotion to family and faith.
