Patricia Fariello ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Ely Funeral Home - Neptune on Mar. 9, 2026.Patricia Edna Fariello, beloved wife, mother, grandmother,great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and lifelong resident of the JerseyShore, passed away peacefully at home in Farmingdale, NJ on Wednesday,March 4, 2026, at the age of 90.Born in Asbury Park, NJ, Patricia grew up in Belmar and Wall Township.She was a graduate of Manasquan High School. Patricia worked as anoperator at Bell Telephone in Asbury Park and later worked atFreedman's Bakery in Belmar before retiring from Sears in OceanTownship.Patricia and Frank were married in 1954, and together they raisedtheir family in Shark River Hills before moving to Wall Township. Sheloved her family more than anything in the world and especiallycherished the holidays and family gatherings. Patricia was an amazingcook, known especially for her lasagna and Italian dishes. She enjoyedmany family trips to Disney World over the years. She was a lifelongNew York Yankees fan and rarely missed a game.She was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Edna Davenport.Patricia is survived by her devoted husband of 71 years, Frank; herfive children, Patti Lane of Wall, Frank Fariello and his wife BetteJo of Wall, Tony Fariello and his wife Kim of Brick, Lisa Meli and herhusband Tom of Wall, and Gena Fariello of Wall. She was the proud andloving Nana to eight grandchildren: Frank Fariello, MichelleTrautweiler, Steve Fariello, Michael Lane, Anthony Fariello, NoahBuehler, Emma Buehler, and Bella Meli. She was also the cherishedGreat Nana to six great-grandchildren: Amaya, Jack, Aayla, Frank,Ireland, and George. She had a special and unique relationship witheach and every one of them.Patricia is also survived by her three brothers, Ronald Davenport,Harold Davenport, and Bill Davenport.In lieu of flowers please consider a memorial donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
