Patricia Elaine "Petersen" Stevens

Patricia Elaine Stevens, born Patricia Elaine Petersen on May 13, 1944, passed peacefully on March 12, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. A physician dedicated to her community, she also served as a faithful choir member at Christ Lutheran Church. Patricia brought joy, beauty, humor, and care to every part of her life through her deep loves of singing, gardening, sewing, and playing the piano.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, three children, one daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. As she passed, she shared with her family the hymn “Soon and Very Soon” by Andrae Crouch, a song she cherished. One of her favorite Bible verses was 1 Corinthians 13:12: “For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.”

She will be deeply missed.
