Patricia Daley

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Patricia leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her husband Timothy Daley of Mary's Cemetery; her brother James Gouin; and her parents, Edward J. "Sonny" Gouin and Lena M. Gouin (Furno). She is survived by: her daughters, Erika Daley (Joseph Pruchnik) of Zionsville, IN and Allison Cooper (Cody Cooper) of Broomfield, CO; her granddaughter Lucy Pruchnik; and her brother Kenneth Gouin of Douglas.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tancrell-Jackman Funeral Home (35 Snowling Rd, Uxbridge, MA 01569).
