Bergeron, passed away at home surrounded by family on Saturday, March 7, 2026, after an illness. Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late John Dupont and the late Anna (Souza) Dupont.Prior to her retirement, she was employed in sales for many years, first at Globe Mills Department Store, then at Andrews Fruit Market, then DeMello's Market. Patricia enjoyed gardening, reading, puzzle-solving, card playing, and cribbage.She is survived by: two daughters, Karen Gay (husband David) of Lisbon Falls, Maine, and Cathy Bergeron (wife Charlene Hamilton) of Cochrane, Alberta, Canada; three grandchildren, Katie Wyant (husband John), Patrick McCoy (wife Breeana), and Kenneth McCoy (wife Samantha); six great grandchildren, Daniel, Connor, Taylor, Kareena, Damian, and Landon; and many nieces and nephews. Patricia was predeceased by: her daughter, Deborah Silvia; and her two siblings, Delores Emond and Robert Dupont.Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Memorial Gathering to be held in Silva-Faria Funeral Home, 730 Bedford Street, Fall River, on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.Her Funeral will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 9:00 am from the Silva-Faria Funeral Home, 730 Bedford St, Fall River, with a Memorial Funeral Mass to be offered in Holy Name Church at 10:00 am.
