Patricia Annette Taylor

Patricia Annette Taylor, 53, of Anderson, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2026.

Born in Rutherfordton, NC, she was a daughter of Guy Edward "Buddy" Taylor (Peggy) and the late Shirley Norville Strickland.

She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and took great pride in caring for others, especially the elderly, whom she served with compassion and kindness.

She found joy in life’s simple pleasures, including singing karaoke, playing Yahtzee, and going out to eat - particularly at Red Lobster. She also dearly loved her parakeets, Cloudy and Stormy, and her precious fur babies, Bailey and Percy, who brought her constant comfort and companionship.

In addition to her father, Patricia is survived by her fiancé, Nick Beckey; a brother, Brian Collins of Easley; sisters, Mylinda Blackwell (William) of Williamston, Theresa Zucchi (Scott) of Easley, Kathy Smith of Louisiana, and Donna Kincade of North Carolina; nephews, Derrick Blackwell and Cody Faye (Kaylee); and nieces, Kristine Collins, Breanna Collins, and Julia Faye.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a niece, Lyndsey Phillips, a sister, Karen; and baby brother, Guy, Jr.

The family will host a celebration of Patricia's life on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 6:00 pm at The Corner Moon Lounge.
