Patricia Ann Taylor, born on August 11, 1972, left this world peacefully at her home on March 1, 2026. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.Patricia dedicated 30 years of her life working at Deese Korner Variety, where she became a cherished member of the community. After her time there, she embraced the role of a stay-at-home mom and grandmother, a transition that brought her immense pride and joy. Her proudest accomplishments were undoubtedly her children, Kayleigh and Olivia, and her treasured grandchildren, Terence, Asher, Addalyn, and Alex, with whom she shared countless memorable moments.In her leisure time, Patricia enjoyed immersing herself in books and watching TikTok videos. A simple pleasure for her was enjoying a cold Coca-Cola, which became a familiar part of her daily routine. Throughout her life, she cultivated close relationships not only with her immediate family but also with many friends and a host of cherished relatives.Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Philip Taylor; daughters, Kayleigh Taylor (Nick) and Olivia Kinard (Justin); grandchildren, Terence, Asher, Addalyn, and Alex; as well as her special daughters, Jenna and Nicole. She leaves behind her siblings, Tania Hester and Joseph Kendrick, along with her stepbrothers, Dewayne Eggers and Charles Eggers. Additionally, she will be remembered by a multitude of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and numerous friends whose lives she touched.She was preceded in death by her son, Philip Wesley Taylor; her mother, Myra Ann Oswald Jones; her father, John Wesley Jones, Sr.; her stepmother, Sandra Eggers; her brother, John Wesley Jones, Jr.; and her grandparents.Services to honor Patricia Ann Taylor's life will be held at Freeman Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM until the 10:00 AM funeral service with Bro. Dino Danzey officiating. Burial will follow in Byrd Cemetery. Her legacy of love and dedication will continue to shine in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
