Patricia Ann "Patti" Patti

July 23, 1934 March 6, 2026

Toledo, OH

Patricia Ann “Patti” Patti, age 91, passed peacefully on March 6, 2026, in Toledo, Ohio. Born on July 23, 1934, in Cleveland to John and Margaret (Blakemore) Kindler, she graduated from Mentor High School in 1952 and attended Bowling Green State University. She worked for Ohio Bell before choosing to accompany her husband, Richard, during his service in the U.S. Air Force. The couple met in 1957 while Richard was a student at Case Western Reserve University and shared 66 devoted years of marriage.

While living in Danville, Illinois, Patti earned her associate degree and worked as a teacher’s aide. She cherished family trips to Las Vegas, Disney, and the 1961 Masters Golf Tournament. Above all, she found joy in attending her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events, music performances, scouting activities, and dance recitals. A dedicated homemaker, she took pride in her cooking and in maintaining a spotless home. She was a longtime member of Christ the King Catholic Church and loved raising her children.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Donald and Edward. Patti is survived by her husband, Richard; sons Gary and David (Anne) Patti; daughter Susan Patti; and granddaughters Rachel, Audrey, and Colette. She also held dear her lifelong connections to the Sulzmann family—Bill, Maxine, Maribeth, Mick, and Bill Jr.—as well as her cherished friends Carol, Evelyn, Helen, Kathy, and Joan.
