Patricia Ann Hagemann

Patricia Ann Hagemann, age 86, of East Peoria, passed away on March 9, 2026 at Apostolic Christian Skylines in Peoria.

Pat was born in Peoria to Raymond E. Fredell and Mary Ann Scherer Fredell. She graduated from the Academy of Our Lady with the Class of 1957. On September 12, 1959, she married James W. Hagemann at St. Philomena Catholic Church. The couple shared 64 years of marriage until James’s passing on March 29, 2024. A devoted mother and grandmother, Pat found deep joy in caring for her family. She was an avid Bridge Club player, a member of the Red Hat Society, and a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan who remained fiercely loyal to her team.

She is survived by her four children, James M. (Lisa) Hagemann, Steven R. Hagemann, Ann (Robert) Hagemann-Kearney, and Jennifer M. (Crystal Evans) Hagemann; four grandchildren, Bobby, Billy, Ashley, and Jami; six great-grandchildren; her brother, Ray (Janet) Fredell II; and her sister, Jo Fredell Higgins. Pat was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James.

She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother whose warmth and devotion touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
