Patricia Alice Lowery Greenwalt

Patricia Alice Lowery Greenwalt, 86, of Edinburg, Virginia, passed away on March 11, 2026, at her home. Born on March 21, 1939, in Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Lucille Geneva Greenwalt.

Patricia dedicated many years to caring for others, working as a certified nursing assistant in various nursing homes, serving as a driving instructor, and contributing at the health department in Baltimore, Maryland. She was a longtime attendee of Hudson Crossroads Church, where her faith remained an important part of her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Woodrow Greenwalt; her stepfather, Charles Lester Greenwalt; four sons; one daughter; two brothers, Burnie Stottlemyer and Fritz Ritchie (JB); and one grandson, Joseph Kuchta.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Virginia Stottlemyer (Terry); grandchildren Julia Greenwalt and Geneva Irene Boggs; seven great-grandchildren; her sister, Judy; daughter-in-law Vicky Ortiz; and sons-in-law Billy Gross and Randy Stottlemyer. Her family extends heartfelt thanks to her devoted caregiver, Cindy, for the loving support she provided Patricia in her later years.
