Spagnola, 81, entered into rest on Saturday March 14, 2026 at Kingston Court Nursing and Rehab after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the wife of the late Nicholas Spagnola.She was born June 14, 1944 in York. The daughter of the late Mason and Florence (Delle) Fake. She was a 1962 graduate of William Penn High School. Patricia had worked in the Laundry Department and housekeeping at Colonial Manor. She was a member off Missionary Bible Baptist Church.She is survived by Bradley Spagnola and wife Rhonda, Terry Spagnola and companion Sarah Tallarico, Troy Spagnola, Tina Archer and husband Don, Eight grandchildren: Bradley, Jr., Michael, Nicole, Brittany, Lalen, Bailey, Kayla, and Kendra, Seven great grandchildren: Sabastian, Aria, Owen, Madison, Dimitri, Chase, and Jaden. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Brothers: Chester Fake, Elwood Fake, Aaron Fake, Sisters Madeline Fake, Helen Harris, Romaine Frey, Delores Landis, Margaret Boyd, Eleanor Wolf, Artenis Stover.Patricia enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed camping, going to the beach and traveling.The services will be private following cremation. The John W. Keffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 2114 W.
