Patricia A. Lajewski1950 - 2026WestfieldPatricia A. (Kozaczek) Lajewski, 75, passed away unexpectedly on March 4, 2026 at home. She was born in Westfield on September 24, 1950, to the late Michael and Sophie (Florek) Kozaczek. Patricia attended local schools and graduated from Southwick High School. Patricia worked for several local businesses throughout her life including Westfield Bank, Edwards Food Stores, the Western Massachusetts Electric Company Credit Union, and most recently Big Y on East Main Street in Westfield, where she worked up until the day she passed in the customer service booth. She was a lifetime member of St. Joseph's National Catholic Church in Westfield and served on the parish committee as a director. To cherish her memory, Patricia leaves her beloved husband of 57 years, Clifford J. Lajewski of Westfield; her children, Tammy C. Lajewski of Fall River, Sandra J. Lajewski of Westfield, Cynthia A. Pease and her husband William of Greenfield, Amy M. Miln and her husband RJ of Fitchburg, and Daniel C. Lajewski of Wildwood, Florida. She also leaves her grandchildren Eric R. Nemkovich and Cliff R. Nemkovich, both of Swansea, Corbin W. Pease, and Kalina A. Pease both of Greenfield; her great-grandchild, Aria Hope; her siblings Michael S. Kozaczek and his wife Kathryn of Westfield, Linda Maksimoski and her husband James of Hadley, and Joyce Fill and her husband David of Hadley; and her nephew Jason Lajewski and his wife Megan of Holyoke. Patricia also leaves many step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews. The funeral Mass for Patricia will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's National Catholic Church in Westfield. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Westfield. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield.
