Patricia A. Jager

Patricia Ann Jager, age 63, passed away on March 2, 2026. Born in Allen Park, Michigan, Pattie moved to West Michigan after marrying Paul Jager in 1981. Their marriage, rooted in faith, was marked by devoted love for their family and a shared joy in the outdoors.

From a young age, Pattie held a deep passion for fishing, which she rediscovered and pursued with enthusiasm in the last twelve years, gathering gear to fish Michigan’s ponds, lakes, and rivers in every season. A gifted musician, she found great fulfillment singing, playing guitar, and flute as she led her church in worship. Professionally, she worked as an accountant in various offices and took special pride in her contributions to Audio Scripture Ministries.

Pattie is survived by her husband of nearly 45 years, Paul; her son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Ashley Jager, and their daughters, Elizabeth and Adalyn; her daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Ethan Niemeyer, and their daughter, Morgan; her sisters, Charyl (David) Booth of Gaylord, Michigan, Caryn Dreher of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Megan (Joe) Stuckey of Duncan, Oklahoma; her first cousin, Doug (Mary) Rosner of Livonia, Michigan; and her in-laws, Phil and Nancy Jager, Carolyn and Todd DeKryger, Linda and Kurt Weaver, and Sue and Paul Rozeboom, along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Dreher, and her mother, Donna (Horning) Dreher Sorrell.
