Born in Dublin, Ireland she came to the US in 2005 and moved to Whiting in 2010. She worked for Leo Labs in Dublin, Ireland for 35 years before retiring in 2022. She enjoyed the beach, her favorite was Seaside heights, she was very proud hardworking and very meticulous with her house. She was always very fashionable and well dressed. Her family was her pride and joy. She is predeceased by her son, Jason Mulligan in 2024. Surviving is her husband of 15 years, Edward C Foley, children, David Mulligan and Jessica Mulligan, siblings, Arthur Cahill and Barbara Long, grandchildren, Ava, Owen, Jack and Jordan and Jason's partner, Deirdre Connington. Memorial Gathering is Wednesday 1-4 PM at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester.
